When a machine goes down on site, our field techs roll to you with the tools and parts to get it running.
Service that comes to the machine
Wagner runs a fleet of fully equipped service trucks across Colorado, New Mexico and far west Texas — boom cranes, air compressors, diagnostic laptops and the service manuals for your machine already on board.
A mobile technician works the whole machine: engines, hydraulics, undercarriage, drivetrain, electrical, steering. In most cases one reaches the site within hours of the call, and several Wagner locations run field service around the clock.
Before you call
Have your serial number and DCN in front of you. It is on the delivery paperwork, and it is the fastest way to get the right technician with the right parts already on the truck.
Trucks that arrive stocked
Tools, boom cranes, air compressors and manuals travel with the technician, so the first visit is usually the only visit.
Hours, not days
For most calls a technician is on site the same day — the machine never leaves the job.
