The controlled bay, when it is worth the haul
Shop service happens at a Wagner facility rather than on your site — a controlled environment with the full tool set, lifting capacity and clean conditions a jobsite cannot offer.
General maintenance, fluid analysis on oil, coolant and fuel, full inspections, and the heavy work that needs a press or a crane. If the machine can travel and the repair is not urgent, the shop is usually both faster and cheaper.
Shop or field?
If the machine can be moved and the work can wait a day, bring it in. If it cannot, field service comes to you — same technicians, same parts.
